To be considered full-time, students must be registered in five or more courses. Full-time students will be assessed a flat tuition fee, which includes the Fall/Winter and Spring terms. Students taking fewer than five courses will be assessed a course fee of $3,850 per credit.

Residence Information
- Students must apply for residence directly at www.uwinnipeg.ca/campus-living
- All residence students must buy a meal plan. It is suggested to take Meal Plan 1 and add funds when necessary.
- Pay your residence fees each term (Fall, Winter, and Spring) to directly to Campus Living.
- Residence fees include Tenant insurance and Residence Life Fee
- Laundry fees are Pay Per Use
Refunds
Visa Refusal: In the event of a refusal of a Study Permit, all monies will be refunded back to the payee less a $200.00 Administration Fee. Proof of refusal of a Study Permit will be required prior to issuing a refund.
Declined Offer: If after receiving your Official Letter of Acceptance, you choose not to attend The University of Winnipeg Collegiate, a tuition deposit of $3950.00 will be non-refundable.
International students who withdraw or are withdrawn completely from their academic program will be refunded according to the International Student Refund Policy.

Health Insurance for International Students
All international students attending The University of Winnipeg Collegiate will automatically be enrolled in health insurance coverage for a 12-month period (September - August) via Guard.Me.
The cost for a 12-month insurance policy is $721.55.
Students are not required to purchase additional (private) insurance.
