International Student Refund Policy
Tuition fees will be refunded to all international students who withdraw or are withdrawn completely from their academic program according to the schedule shown below.
NOTE: If fees have not been paid in full, a credit will be applied to any outstanding balance before a refund is calculated.

| After 8 weeks of study | No Refund |
*Proof of refusal of a Study Permit will be required prior to issuing a refund
The following fees will NOT be refunded:
- Application fees
- Fees for unsuccessful appeals of examination grades
- Fees for transcripts
- Examination fees
- Lock fees
- Diploma/Grad fees
- Homestay placement fee and application fee
