Entrance Scholarships

The Collegiate International Scholarships are available to qualifying international students who are officially accepted to the Collegiate’s Grade 9 – 12 programs (including UW-PUPP and University Foundation Program), and have commenced their Collegiate program in the Fall/Winter Session. To qualify, students must have an overall average of 80% or higher on their top 5 Collegiate academic courses (including Math and English) in the 2nd term report card of their first Collegiate year. Scholarship offers are presented in January as cash and cannot be used towards the tuition deposit at the time of receiving the Offer Letter for admission. President’s Scholarship winners may also qualify for entrance scholarships. 

Up to $2000 Awarded to the top 3 students (max) with the highest final average.
Up to $1500 Awarded to the next 5 students (max) with the highest final average.
Up to $1000 Awarded to the next 5 students (max) with the highest final average.

 

President's Scholarship

The University of Winnipeg offers an exclusive scholarship for International students. The President’s Scholarship will be given to international students entering any of the University’s divisions for the first time. The value of the scholarship is $3,500. There will be up to three scholarships available. Applicants must have a minimum 80% admission average (or equivalent), and must be involved in activities that demonstrate leadership.

»  Two letters of reference.
»  A completed application for admission by the scholarship deadline date.
