Collegiate Alumni in the News - Sidney Leggett, Class of 2017

Through her research as an Applied Computer Science student at the University of Winnipeg, Sidney Leggett (UW Collegiate-Model School, Class of 2017), has helped contribute to a provincial report on COVID-19.

This past summer Sidney served as a junior epidemiologist with the provincial government. It was in this role that her work and research led to the Automation of the COVID-19 Unintended Outcomes Report, which focused on the unintentional outcomes that have occurred during the time of the pandemic.
