The Manitoba Conservatory of Music & Arts and The Collegiate are offering an accelerated program for jazz musicians that includes interactive sessions with leading jazz musicians in our community – Ron Paley, Quinton Bart, Heitha Forsyth and others! Check out this exciting new course in jazz studies!

Jazz Artists is a specialized program to develop jazz musicianship.  This unique program explores jazz improvisation, theory, history and technique and includes interactive sessions with community musicians. This enhanced program will fast-track the progress of musicians, support ensemble playing for the future, and prepare those considering post-secondary studies or a career in Jazz.

Prior experience on an instrument or voice in an ensemble or private setting is a pre-requisite to registering for this class.
