| 10:45 am | Graduands are to check in at Room 2F (RBC Convention Centre) |
| 11:00 am | Doors open to the York Ballroom for Convocation – rush seating |
| 12:00 pm | Convocation ceremony begins |
| 1:30 pm – 330 pm | Free time for photos with friends and family. Gowns must be returned to Room 2F by 2:00 pm |
| 3:30 pm | Doors open to the York Ballroom for the Grad Reception |
| 4:00 pm | Dinner and program |
| 5:30 pm | Dance |
| 8:00 pm | Event concludes |
